Privacy Policy

Your information belongs to you. We collect and process it only to provide the service you asked for, and for no other purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not trade in it, and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not use your content and data for our own purposes without your consent.

• Account details: name, email address, organization name and user permissions.
• Project data you enter: brand names and variants, domains, queries (prompts), competitor names and project descriptions.
• Scan results: the answers received from the AI engines, brand mentions, visibility and sentiment scores.
• Usage data: actions in the system, scan times and basic technical data (browser type, IP address) for security and operations.
• Billing details: processed by the payment processor and not stored with us in full.
• Integration keys you choose to provide (for example Google Analytics or AccuRanker), used only to connect the Service.

• To operate the Service: running scans against the AI engines, and producing reports, dashboards and alerts.
• For account management, billing and support.
• To keep the system secure and prevent misuse.
• To improve the Service, based on aggregated and anonymous data only.

To provide the Service, the system relies on technology subprocessors. They process the information only to provide the Service and are bound by confidentiality. We do not pass information to anyone beyond these:

• Supabase: database, authentication and server functions. The servers are in Europe (Frankfurt).
• Vercel: hosting of the site and the interface.
• HYP: payment processing (Israel). Credit card details are given directly to the payment processor and do not pass through our servers.
• Google Analytics 4: site usage statistics, only subject to your consent in the cookie banner.
• DataForSEO: Google rank checks, for accounts that turned on the rank tracking add-on. Only the search phrases and the country are sent.
• Resend: sending email from the system (for example reports and account notices).
• AI and search engines: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity and SerpAPI, to run the queries the customer defined. The queries are sent to the engines as an essential part of the scan, to check whether your brand is mentioned in their answers.

The information is stored outside Israel, on servers in the European Union, and processed under data processing agreements and contractual commitments to confidentiality and security with each of the subprocessors.

Beyond that, we will not pass personal information to a third party except with your consent, or if required to do so by law or court order.

If you are an agency managing projects for its clients, the information you enter about those clients is processed by us on your behalf and according to your instructions only. You are responsible for making sure you have the permissions required to enter this information, and we will protect it at the same level as the rest of the information in the system.

We take accepted security measures to protect the information: encryption in transit, permission based access control (RLS) and separation between organizations. The information is kept as long as the account is active and as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When the account is closed, you may request deletion of the information.

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to review the information kept about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to request that we stop using it. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
