Terms of Use
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These terms govern the use of the GEGO service (the "Service"), operated by Leos Media & Interactive Ltd. (the "Company"). Using the Service, in whole or in part, constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the Service.
The Service
GEGO is a service for monitoring brand presence in artificial intelligence engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google). The Service runs queries you define against these engines, analyzes the answers and provides reports and insights. The Company may improve, change or add capabilities to the Service from time to time.
Account and users
- You must provide accurate and up to date details when opening the account.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign in details confidential and for every action taken in your account.
- The Service is intended for business use by the account holder and the users authorized on its behalf.
Fair use
You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful or harmful way, including:
- Entering information you are not authorized to use or that infringes the rights of a third party.
- Attempting to compromise the security of the system, bypass limits or place an unusual load on it.
- Using the Service to mislead, to harm others or to break the law.
Subscription, billing and cancellation
- The Service is offered in subscription plans billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars plus VAT, based on the number of active queries.
- Billing is made in advance for each subscription period through an authorized payment processor.
- You may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and does not entitle you to a pro rata refund, unless the law provides otherwise.
Intellectual property
All rights in the Service, its design, code and trademarks belong to the Company. The content and data you enter remain yours, and you grant the Company a limited license to use them solely to operate the Service for you.
Liability and its limits
The Service relies on answers from external AI engines, which change by nature and are not under the Company's control. The Service is therefore provided as is, and the Company does not warrant accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Subject to the law, the Company's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event, and the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage.
Ending the engagement
Either party may end the engagement. The Company may suspend or close an account that has breached these terms. When the engagement ends, access to the Service stops, and you may request deletion of your data in accordance with the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
